Shipping & Return Policy
All art ships via FedEx, UPS or SEFL for freight shipments from our Florida location. For international shipments please call or email us for a shipping quote. We will send tracking info when your art is ready to ship. All shipments are insured and while damage is rare, it does occasionally happen, so please inspect your piece and packaging before accepting delivery. We will always re-make any item that is damaged. All hanging hardware will be included in the shipment. If you have any questions about the best way to hang your art, please contact us.
Most art will ship in 2 weeks or less. We make each individual piece of art by hand when it is ordered. Original paintings typically ship sooner, because they are in stock and ready to ship.
Shipping rates are calculated base on the size of the art. It is also included in Florida sales tax. Only one shipping rate is use if there are more than one art of the same size and material in the cart. If there are different art of different size and material, the highest shipping rate will be use.
We offer exchanges for all photographs within 14 days and a 20% restocking fee. We encourage all our customers to use our free digital photoshop mock-up service so that you get the right piece in the right size before you place your order. This helps ensure you don’t need to return your art. Go to the Choose Your Size tab for more info.
There is no return for original paintings. To exchange your item, you must return it in its original condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your item, we will contact you and begin making the item you’d like to exchange it for.
